Pros

I have been working at Ameriflex for many years and it has been very rewarding! This is a company that will take care of you and help you advance your career if you are a hard worker. If you are looking for a slow moving, laid back job this may not be the place for you. I love working in a fast paced environment and consider myself very Type A. This is a great fit for me! The company even just renovated parts of our office based on employee feedback because they really care about their people! If you like to work hard and play hard this company deserves a look but be honest with yourself because if you are not looking to push yourself this may not be the right fit for you. If you are someone who is a high performer and can roll with changes you will be successful. They are always looking to promote from within which I have been a product of many times over the past few years.

Cons

Different departments are held to very different standards and levels of accountability. There are some negative employees but the company has done a good job handling it and shifting momentum in a positive direction. Departments split over two locations can make things difficult and has proven a challenge in getting everyone performing at the same level.
