Pros

The only Pro was that the group I worked with was a small group. They offer an ok vacation and benefits package.

Cons

Management wouldn't listen when ideas were given to them. When you ask for help from manager they refuse to help then blame you when project wasn't finished on time. Turnover is very high

A great place to work for new developers!

Pros

Small environment with a great team. This might have been the best place that I have ever worked because of the relaxed fun atmosphere. Great bonus which was easily achieved provided you performed your duties. The management team was very involved and provided great leadership.

Cons

The only con I would have to mention would be the pay, it wasn't great. The other con was only being allowed 2 days work from home - it could have been more.
