Hearing feedback from our employees, past and present, is something we really value here at Ameriflex and it is through such feedback, both positive and negative, that we are able to make the necessary changes to allow our company to keep growing and moving in a positive direction. Although I am sorry your experience at Ameriflex was not better, we are dedicated to creating a workplace environment that is both positive and encouraging for all of our employees and it’s something we are continually working to improve. As the CEO, I can assure you our employees are our most valuable asset and we want them to always feel they are treated respectfully. As with many growing companies, we have been able to excel because of our efficient use of resources and one way we’ve accomplished that is by consolidating our Human Resources Department to the Texas office. However, we encourage all employees who experience problems with co-workers to notify our HR team immediately so we can begin addressing the issue and minimize its impact on an employee’s work experience and performance. We also want our employees to feel as though they have the full support of management and are given the tools they need to be successful.
