My experience working at Ameriflex has been a good one. The people here are extremely nice and quick to want to help anyone that is new. The value's that they have in place and practice make for a great work place! The company is growing and there are a lot of great changes happening. Management encourages ideas and looks for room to improve processes. Ameriflex is very appreciative of their employees, as they demonstrate this thru pay increases, promotions, and company functions. All in all, Ameriflex is a great place to work!

great managers, great team. Many "freebies" like company paid lunches, free polo shirts, etc.

Cons

salary is way below the national average for comparable positions, in a state with a very high cost of living
