Pros

Ameriflex allows you the flexibility to take control of your destiny. I started in Member Services and moved up through the ranks within four years. I went from Member Services to Client Services, from Client Services to Workforce and now to the Client Account Manager role in sales. The only person that can stifle your growth is "you", it is imperative to build relationships and seek opportunities that will allow you to move out of your comfort zone.

Cons

I think one of the cons, is that we lose great talent and I would like to see turnaround, which it has been moving in the right direction

Pros

Upbeat, positive, friendly environment. You feel part of the team! You can communicate with everyone from the CEO down to the janitors.

Cons

I wish there were more educational opportunities! Although we do have a lot of training it would be nice to have more education on other departments more frequently!! I just want to learn, grow and develop which is most definitely a plus here. I do not have anything negative to say since I have had such an amazing year here so far and many more to go!!!
