Great company, supportive environment, has high expectations but invests in employees to help them meet goals. You need to be organized and prepared for a changing environment and be easily adaptable. You have flexibility with working remotely, just know that things are fast-paced. Work-life balance and teamwork is fantastic!

Cons

It is fast-paced and ever changing, innovation brings constant change, so if you are not adaptable, organized and focused, this may not be the role for you.
