Pros

Tips vary but are weekly so it helps with quick payments. Tips are distributed evenly amongst week day and weekend valets.

Cons

Job can be extremely strenuous when understaffed.

Pros

Good if you are a student because they work around your schedule. Get to interact with many different cultures. Drive cars that you would not typically drive

Cons

The managers seem to randomly try and implement new rules. The pay I don't believe is fair the laziest valet will get the same as the one who works the hardest based off of how they divide the tips. There are some great managers there but others they tend to worry more about finding you doing something wrong rather than actually managing

laid back environment for young man looking to have extra cash in pocket.

Management can be inconsistent with implementation of company policies. Communication between management and employees can be unprofessional at times.
