Easy job kinda fun good excercise

Cons

You make 70 to 200 bucks in a day yet receive none of it daily. The company skims off the top with no accountability! They pay you you 5.7 dollars extra an hour anointing to say 40 bucks a day in tips when you really made 125. Overall they pool the tips with no accountability they most definitely steal from employees and need to be audited it's pretty obvious. They seem shady and un trustworthy don't work here unless your ok with being grifted,

Pros

Received a great work out while I was there. Management was pretty good. The tips were great before they changed the top system.

Cons

Sometimes long and grueling hours. Tip system change sucks, and on average you'll earn less than you did before. Company politics can dictate how you get treated there. Some employees don't put as much effort, leaving you to make up for the slack.

Pros

Flexible schedules -Just tell management what days and times you can work and you'll most probably be able to work those days. Move up in the company -Depending on your location, it's possible to move up in the company

Cons

Management lacks enormously. -Managers generally don't work while they're at work and make their assistant managers do the work of the managers. -They over-staff every shift (dilutes the tip) -They put themselves hours they didn't actually work (dilutes tip) Upper management lacking too -Ameripark will force employees to commute to far away locations to find that they've once again over-staffed. You end up leaving early with very low tip rate.
