Management lacks enormously. -Managers generally don't work while they're at work and make their assistant managers do the work of the managers. -They over-staff every shift (dilutes the tip) -They put themselves hours they didn't actually work (dilutes tip) Upper management lacking too -Ameripark will force employees to commute to far away locations to find that they've once again over-staffed. You end up leaving early with very low tip rate.
