Pros

None. Working for Ameripark has no pros that outweigh the cons. Maybe the ability to drive a nice car every now and then. Big whoop.

Cons

Never a single raise. Work in rain, snow, extreme heat, etc. terrible compensation. Terrible benefits. Especially considering valets are getting in and out of strangers cars, and dealing with cash regularly. No paid time off. No sick days. Nothing.

Pros

Promotions are attainable. They recognize hard work and respond to that. Pay is decent.

Cons

Not a whole lot of communication between management and lower level employees. You also have to deal with unreliable people.
