some lots have very good managers who are honest and trustworthy

Cons

company couldn't care less about the employees, advancement is hard to get, dishonesty amongst employees makes it hard to make accurate wages

Pros

Upper management is very open to new ideas. Very informal and fun corporate atmosphere (ping pong table, company outings, very casual dress, corporate cross fit gym membership). Great opportunity for young accountants to learn the ropes, and have direct contact with the CFO, clients, and operational management.

Cons

Simple corporate structure means that there's no real room for upward movement, unless you move into the operational side. Starting pay for new accountants can be seriously low, but if you like a lot of work-life balance, that can be worth it.

If you like being lazy they will hire you. Nice sun tan if you work a day shift. If your main goal in life is to drive nice cars this job is for you. Do not expect to cover your rent with this job. Perfect for the stay at home son!

Cons

Socialist tip system. You can work as hard as you want just keep in mind the guy walking next to you is making the same amount of money as you. Only can work 29 hours because they cannot afford to offer you benefits. Worked for location prior to Ameripark acquisition and the operation has gone down hill ever since. Greedy and selfish upper management. Regional management is under qualified for position, makes your job more difficult and slows down your workflow with a close-minded approach to an operation he knows nothing about.
