Pros
Upper management is very open to new ideas. Very informal and fun corporate atmosphere (ping pong table, company outings, very casual dress, corporate cross fit gym membership). Great opportunity for young accountants to learn the ropes, and have direct contact with the CFO, clients, and operational management.
Cons
Simple corporate structure means that there's no real room for upward movement, unless you move into the operational side. Starting pay for new accountants can be seriously low, but if you like a lot of work-life balance, that can be worth it.
