Pros

Good relationship between supervisors and colleagues

Cons

A new position was created in that era, so there was a lack of clear job structures and involvement in certain procurement. Lack of systematic resource or team support, you are on your own. Serious inventory deficit problem with a vague goal for inventory policy. Hard to express your knowledge you're more a coordinator to count manually without basic scanners and WMS. Most of the time doing parts front desk.

Pros

for self motivated techs. Decent life work balance. Paid weekly.

Cons

Manipulated time cards. Assign too much work at times. Revolving management. No bonuses. Working for some customers who were abusive. Management do things that clearly violate company policies.
