I have been with the company for 2 years and the company has gone through incredible growth during that time. It is exciting and keeps things interesting. They are making a lot of the right moves to ensure they have a great leadership team in place. Employees are valued and always informed of changes in a transparent manner, which I appreciate.

Cons

Anytime a company experiences growth, there are growing pains. As long as you are willing to work through those - there is a lot of opportunity that is coming with that growth.
