Pros

Upper leadership makes changes to make this a better place to work. They recently added a 401k match and benefits have stayed the same price since I’ve been here.

Cons

No parental leave policy which would be an improvement to the benefits.

Pros

Getting paid every week on time

Cons

Was told this job was a lot different when being hired than it actually was when you start working. Equipment breaking and instead of fixing things your told how to work around the problems rather than take care of them. Management does boarderline illegal things. The employees who make the most and get the most overtime don’t actually work, they manipulate time cards and screw everyone over. The way to get by in this company is not by being a good worker, it’s by being fake and throwing everyone else under the bus

Toxic Culture; Leadership Out of Touch

Flexibility is about the only pro

Cons

From my perspective, the company appears poorly managed. Leadership decisions feel disconnected from employees. Spending on internal manager events (including giving away a truck) contrasts sharply with a large round of layoffs following. There is also a cliquish work culture that frequently centers around alcohol, which I personally find toxic and unprofessional.
