Was terminated based on something that was supposedly said when asked what I said I was not told. Was supposedly on a performance plan was not told of that and did not sign anything in reassess to a performance plan. Was told there were other things in my HR jacket when asked to see them was not show or told. Nothing was investigated especially since my government lead was there when I supposedly said something inappropriate. Yet you allow two employees whom you were told about having fraternization/having sexual relations in a government building who was caught by a government employee still employed and they were a supervisor and a subordinate. Yet I was fired due to a code of conduct isn’t what they did the a violation of code of conduct? You allow my PM to yell, degrade, and interrupt people in front of while groups. You have PMs that don’t understand what our jobs are. You have people as leads/supervisors that are not qualified and should not be just so they don’t leave.
