      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Outside of the upper management circles there were still a lot of great people.

      Cons

      Facing a severe down turn because they forgot about the science and the patients. Now its all about the bottom line and pleasing wall street.

      Toxic, cruel, demoralizing place to work

      Pros

      This used to be a great place to work with Tony Coles, Ted Love and Kay Foster at the helm. Pablo has very lazy people skills and he is arrogant, much like an oncologist waiting (not wanting to watch) a patient die. It trickles down. The cafe is ok.

      Cons

      If you're not Chinese, you'll be treated slightly better than a slave. There are no rules, no GCP, no adherence to standards, no direction, no learning from mistakes made, no best practices. This is a free-for-all with a bunch of leaders that have not been held accountable. HR is useless and in on the free-for-all calling shots from who gets interviews to who gets promoted without discussions with those who will be or have been working with the personnel. No personal growth plans, no organizational structures, senior leaders don't communicate, or when they do they confuse rather than clarify issues.
