Pros
Great work / life balance. There is a new mentorship program that looks like it could be promising in terms of staff development. Staff are encouraged to transfer to internal positions if there is a fit. On site gym and day care facilities.
Cons
The bi-annual performance review and feedback process is frequently inefficient, inaccurate, and ineffective. Favoritism is sometimes practiced by mid-level management (as with many places, who you know can be more important than what you know).
