      Pros

      GREAT company that cultivates a sense of camaraderie among co-workers through a series of employee engagement activities. Customer-focused selling and no cold calling! Wonderful benefits for myself and my family. Caring management and promote from within program. Nice location in Lake Oswego business park.

      Cons

      As with all customer service jobs, working with customers can be trying at times. Today's society has an expectation that they will receive the "quickest, cheapest" service and product out there, which can be unreasonable. We do all of our underwriting upfront so that we get it right the first time!

      Pros

      Monday to Friday shifts in local branches with the occasional weekend. Quick to promote if all metrics met. Overtime offered. Commission given if licensed.

      Cons

      Representatives aren't trained properly, minimal oversight on quality of work at all levels; management included. Regardless of prior experience in same field and licensure you start at the 'bottom.' Recommendations for process improvements are largely ignored. Do not treat everyone equally. Too few employees. No exit interview. High level of stress to get things done quickly. Care more about selling products than the caliber of work.

      Unorganized and unprofessional. Behind on the times. Have to wait 6 months until your first vacation day.
