Pros

Benefits, co workers are great

Cons

If you have FMLA do not expect to gain a promotion I have co-workers that aren't even meeting half of their goals and have been promoted while I am meeting mine and still can't get a promotion and there's no reason for it other than I have family medical leave act that I can utilize when I need it

Pros

Decent pay/benefits from day-one, nice coworkers

Cons

While they off PTO available from your start date, you aren't allowed to take any unpaid time off. During interview/training they claimed the CSR's are not a sales role, but then start to punish you if you don't succeed at life insurance referrals, up to and including docking work-from-home days. Micromanaging and treating their employees like they own them is their baseline. Archaic technology.
