      Pros

      Great benefits! Great environment for learning and developing your knowledge and skills. Profit Sharing and bonuses. Great client base.

      Cons

      Young and inexperienced management hired directly out of college to manage very tenured and experienced employees versus promoting within. Culture has declined drastically based on continous sales pressure with a call center environment that has now been regionalized. The company was built on excellent customer service without high-pressure sales but that is no longer the goal. The goal is always to answer the next call within 20 seconds and spend no more than 4 minutes writing up notes and completing the transaction.

      Do not promote from within.

      They do a lot of staff engagement activities and pay for further education.

      Cons

      Hard to move up within the company because they hire kids right out of college for supervisor/management positions.
