Pros

They offer free training for your insurance licenses. They have good benefits like fitness reimbursement, good 401k

Cons

Major favoritism towards top producers. You wonder how are you only able to sell 10-20 policies when the rates are so expensive but the same 7-10 people in a branch are getting 40+ policies a month. Then you realize it’s cause management are allowing top producers to approve and write policies that everyone else with level 1 & 2 binding authority will get denied to write. Management is extremely picky with what rules and policies they enforce for which reps. Extreme favoritism and each manager has their own rules for doing things, so you’ll be in one team and can do things one way and then when they switch up teams you get written up by another manager. Even when you explain that you were taught something by another manager everything is still your fault. The pay plus shift differential is between $20-23 an hour starting. However due to their rates it is extremely hard to hit the commission tiers.
