Thank you for taking the time to post this review. We are pleased to hear that your experience with Amica was generally a positive one. We’ve been working to address the concerns you expressed regarding workload, as some employees have expressed similar concerns. We are currently reviewing staffing needs and adding staff where necessary. We are also putting specialized teams in place and utilizing our technology to possibly help balance and alleviate some of the workload. We realize that relocation is not a good option for everyone but believe in our promote-from-within philosophy and encouraging Account Managers and Adjusters to experience different branches. This ensures that our future leaders are developing multiple skills and are equipped to be effective leaders, and has helped make us unique and successful in the marketplace. Thank you.
