Great culture and benefits. A lot of opportunity for growth in the company, but need to be open to relocation. Great training program. Financial Stability

Cons

Repetitive work. Lacking in technology but this is something that's being worked on. A lot of frustration with the lack of consistency inside the company between different branch workflows. Difficult to manage your time with the number of tasks you have to do daily while managing a team and their sales expectations

Excellent benefits Earned time available Generous vacation time given Paid double time when working holidays

Cons

Culture needs to be more friendly. Front line employees need to be appreciated not by words only but action too. Upper management need to inspire, encourage, and motivate the people who work under them. Promotions need to be more consistant across the board.
