Decent pay- well above minimum but from what I understand it’s on the lower end for insurance Outstanding benefits- you earn extra paid days off just for working your scheduled shift on minor holidays so major holidays are essentially triple time if you include the earned PTO. 401k match, affordable and decent healthcare, dental, vision, HSA. You have sick time and vacation time from day one Coworkers are all willing to help you at any time

Cons

Gets difficult to hear your callers at busier times of the day Often times the managers don’t answer you right away leaving you to either put the customer on a long hold or have awkward silence Extremely strict about timeliness- 1 minute late clocking in is LATE Some schedules really stink, split shifts and working all weekend
