Excellent benefits, opportunities to drive your own career, healthy culture with leadership support, employees who care about our mission, consistent drive to improve our service delivery by leveraging the ideas of employees throughout the organization.

Cons

Leaders should continue to communicate often and increase/enhance communication, especially in times of change. While this is listed under cons, it's becoming a strength.
