Pros

Absolutely none. I would recommend to stay away from this company.

Cons

- they pay below industry standard. And no, their benefits certainly don’t make up for it. - people quit and they don’t fill the positions so you end up inheriting ex-coworkers workloads indefinitely - this company does not care about their employees. - I can’t emphasize how much to stay away from this company. Do not join the future leaders program. They force you to move where they want nationwide and then force you to sign a 2 year contract. Some of the moving packages can cost $20,000 and you would owe that back if you left before 2 years.

Pros

I honestly tried to think of one. Decent ish benes I guess.

Cons

Only the very worse people are successful here. Petty management and even pettier HR. Will not allow for any sort of flexibility. Training is terrible. Managers will berate you if you disclose disabilities;use that against you. Completely destroyed my mental health. Honestly spare yourself the heartache a toxic job like this can cause. It will seep into every area of your psyche. I'm quitting in 2 weeks and I can't wait.
