      Pros

      Company car you do get a bonus based on the company performance.

      Cons

      Not too much direction with help, as a new adjuster wanted to always use yours resources but there are time we wouldn't know even how to access them. have a company car but nobody can figure out how the monthly payments are and it was never said prior that we would pay monthly for the vehicle.

      Pros

      People are amazing. 401k is good. Benefits are good enough. Peers do care for you.

      Cons

      Insurance is slightly expensive though. Perks not great compared to other companies.
