Pros

This is a great place to build deep and lasting connections. There are many opportunities for growth and training.

Cons

It's an old company and some areas are still very old fashion, with top-down leadership, but things are moving in the right direction. There is too much emphasis on DEI, which seems limited to gender, race and sexual orientation when it could be more inclusive. When certain groups are perceived as getting advantages over others, it feels discriminatory rather than inclusive.
