Pros

Not too many to list, free coffee, hot chocolate.

Cons

Everything but the coffee and hot chocolate. Just an overall toxic culture.

Pros

Most people are good people, but the bad guys, who were mostly WHITE and very judgmental, discriminatory, and dismissive to Women were extremely abusive and a constant mental turmoil to their "targeted" person.

Cons

Attractive young women in any training for professional positions were evaluated harshly with total discrimination based on what they looked like. The Cons were big and at that time were not publicly known because there was no internet. Was sexually harassed by a Trainer in a program and was terrified to report this for fear of retribution, which was hurled at me as an "offensive" measure anyway by the sexual predator in a character attack launched against me. The other Trainer was verbally abusive, constantly making verbal bets against me to other employees, and harshly questioned me constantly with regards to my loyalty, intelligence, abilities, and other strange and imposing lines of interrogations that the male Trainees did not have to suffer. It was terrifying for a young person out of College and starting out in something new that they hoped to learn and grow within.

Pros

You get your benefits (PTO) immediately and can use it.

Cons

Toxic. No real opportunity to move up in company. Pay is low compared to every other insurance company.
