Thank you for your review. At Amica, we believe strongly in our promote-from-within philosophy, as we always prioritize the strengths and abilities of our current employees. When we do hire outside employees, particularly ones with varying degrees, it is our process to provide extensive training for them to ensure that they have all the information they need to work within their department. Initial and ongoing training for our entire staff is critical to meeting our service expectations. Regarding your concerns about time off – given that our service centers are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we understand that scheduling time off can sometimes require planning in advance. Our extensive benefits package does include vacation time, among other ways to help you schedule time out of the office when you need it. While you expressed concern about providing feedback to us directly, we do take the concerns of our employees very seriously and we’d like to at least offer you the opportunity of having a discussion with us.
