      Pros

      Like the prior review said, good benefits, but you had better not use them too often. They don't make up for the crappy below-industry standard pay.

      Cons

      The "toxic work environment" that will not change, no matter the phony CYA responses posted here by their marketing staff.

      None none none oh wait nope still none

      Cons

      Managers Across the company are horrible and a select few are full on embarrassments. Some do Not show at meetings Leaving subordinates to cover at vendor meetings, management using company computers for personal use to an extreme. Time off was based on favorites or if they wanted the time off themselves and forgot to put in for it they would deny ours. Arrival and departure times were never adhered to by some managers yet no flexibility allotted to any other employees.

      Great benefits, decent pay, and established company with good reputation

      Cons

      No real room for advancement and antiquated employee policies- work environment is very traditional and rigid. Not all branches are the same- some are more strict than others.
