Training program is really split up and a lot isn’t covered so you start taking calls and struggle to answer questions.

Everything else. Micromanagement. Absolutely zero movement for growth. Vindictive company with history of discriminating against employees.

If you have no post high school education. Amica is a great place to get started and stay for the rest of your life

Cons

The management is extremely condescending, they focus on numbers and seniority is not factored into anything. They operate in a manner that resembles a cult and if you don’t think about the company the exact same way they do, it’s viewed as problematic
