Friendly coworkers, unlimited PTO, interesting projects to work on... shielded from CEO and according to other reviews this is a good thing

Cons

Can be shifting gears a lot, you can tell a lot of people are under a lot of pressure, pay seems lower than usual for the area in all positions and most of all management can be intense.

Amida is a great company. I had very positive experience with great management, smart and unbelievable people, and work itself. Culture and work environment were pleasant, company is very diverse, management is very flexible with the work schedule. When you do you job you have nothing to worry. I would highly recommend working for Amida.

Cons

Only the standard small business cons such as benefits are not as large as at big company, otherwise no cons
