Pros
It started out really great, with the snacks and nice people.
Cons
Then I realized it was just a show. Projects are understaffed which leaves the few of us there to do work that we do not even know how to do and makes everyone overworked. Then management decides it would be funny to remind us that "this is the best job we'll ever have" they actually said that. All the talk about corporate values and what the company stands for is a sham: Excellence? If by that you mean the CEO micromanaging the margins on your Powerpoint slides. Joy? They think that having a keg in the office is joyful. And weird happy hours where we go drink and pretend this is all ok. The 50+ hours you will be spending working during the week on top of a handful of hours dedicated to stressing out because of something management told you are not joyful. Profit? Pay disparity is a real problem, women are not paid as much as men. Many people are overpaid. I am not even sure if the company makes a profit.
