Pay is competitive for fresh graduates who are looking for experience. They also provide a lot of training in-house which gives you a lot of knowledge on how to better yourself.

Cons

You'll be forced to clock in a lot of hours of work because of the volume that you have to monitor, and the degree of protection that you have to provide to your customer's products.

Respected owner (even though he rarely is around), beautiful new office building, generous employee benefits (healthcare, dental, vision, matching 401-K, disability, life insurance, etc.), above average pay, great co-workers.

Cons

Some members of senior management are truly great bosses, some rule by inducing fear in their subordinates and show favoritism towards others, no career mapping support for employees.
