      Pros

      Shuttle, meal allowance, hmo, dental, tulong aral, medicine reimbursement, with fast career upgrade but because of many resignees

      Cons

      Toxic because the manager yells on his supervisors on open doors. Doesn't recognize good efforts. Definitely no work life balance. The way the manager communicates with his subordinates is unacceptable.Uses foul language.

      only one reaosn for this company is working place distance from my home. i can not find other pros. that is all i can say!

      they are doing always study to find way to reduce salary and cost reduction. only taking care of money .
