      System is too manual but great exposure for fresh graduate

      Pros

      Learning manual methods help to build up foundation with limitation in current system. I built up a lot of analysis skill and ways to handle operation before switching to new career. Relationship among colleagues and team is alright.

      Cons

      Poor remuneration with high workload. Management cut OT and do not pay OT even they request you to work over time. Don't think about getting good income at here. Management do not appreciate office executive (HR/Procurement/Logistic) compared to production engineers.

      Pros

      High salary and opportunities. People are really helpful and caring for each other. Benefits are abundant and a lot of incentives.

      Cons

      Tough working environment, sometimes management has favoritism reason why people leave and high turnover rate. Diverse culture that sometimes being dominated by Koreans and Japanese
