The only challenge is there are no entry level position to transfer into in order to obtain additionla knowledge so that you could move into another department or position

Pros

I really appreciate the strong management support, benefits package, and the flexibility to work from home if needed. There are a lot of highly educated and diverse people who work here. Ethics are really important at this company.

Cons

It would be good to have the opportunity to train on more diverse topics such as excel spreadsheet manipulation or detailed review of some of the manufacturing services provided by Amkor.
