      Just a Bigger Mess with New Management

      Pros

      Nice Building and Parking Lot.

      Cons

      New Management all IDM thinkers (and backgrounds) and don't have basic understanding of OSAT business model. Many VPs with zero to a few reports and one in particular with High School Degree. Everyone has a Director of VP title, but only to keep them around, since no one else would recognize. The good old boys are still in charge of the organization and not the new management.

      Tremendous energy with high value learning opportunity available to those with ambition. Exposure to every major customer and foundry in the world. Opportunity to accelerate your career through interaction with various organizations, business units and factories.

      Cons

      International environment can create a complex multi-national working relationship. It takes desire to engage and openness to allow those you work with engage back.

      more benefits than other companies...

      Cons

      -except that some benefits are being reduced since Jerry Agnes took over. -executives are more concerned to outputs than the ones who are producing it. They are very political cause they're too much concerned with their own positions. too much pressure on lower levels. even if the people are sick they will push them to go to work. even if you have worked 6days overtime and done all your best they won't recognize you unless you commit a mistake. they won't allow you to have vacation leaves.
