If you are greedy it is a good place for you. Pays well and benefits.

Cons

Lots: old processes, no room for growth, lacking employee engagement, lots of entitled workers which makes the environment feel hostile and embarrassing to customers. Everyone always need cater to the higher ups even though their thought process is old fashioned and illogical. Work environment is hostile. Management, VPs likes to talk down on people.
