Pros

The teamwork and collaboration between all employees and departments is incredible and something I've never seen at a previous place of employment. It is something I have always dreamed of having in my workplace.

Cons

I've been working at Ampacity for just about 5 months and have not found a single con so far. Everybody is so helpful and jumps at the opportunity to provide training and clear understanding of what needs to be done, and if needed, are willing to jump in and help complete the task at hand.

Cons

Little to none. Seriously. I have been the happiest I've ever been at a company, haven't seen anything like what they have here in the first 6 years of working in this industry.

Pros

Wonderful team(s) at RPCS. Management here is amazing as they are kind, respectful, flexible, and understanding. This is the first employer that has made me feel like a human being, and like they care about my well-being. Previous employers expected me to work like a robot and would moan and groan at any request for time off. Not here--RPCS cares about their employees, and this is supported by the fact that turnover (at least in my department) is extremely low. Here I feel well supported and taken care of. Great benefits, great time off accruement rate, excellent coworkers. Couldn't ask for more.

Cons

Only con I know of is that the experience may differ department to department. I know some folks are more stressed than others, however, management cares and they listen well when there are complaints and concerns.
