      Awful leadership, awful office environment & prevalent bullying

      Pay above average. People leave at 6pm.

      Cons

      Bad briefs. Company is satisfied with the toilet work for big name clients. Zero creative leadership on a day to day level from the top. Didn't feel there was any education or support for growth. Pastoral care and HR was non existent. Multiple cases of bullying as a result.

      Lovely Office Lovely People Beautiful Work High standards, will push you to become better at your job.

      Culture of the agency favoured extraverts moreso than introverts, especially ethnically diverse ones.
