Pros

Good people. I greatly enjoyed working at the team I was on. I was laid off but given a very decent severance package.

Cons

Amplify suffered some sever growing pains while I worked there that ended with a sale to a private investment and major downsizing (which included me). Not sure what will happen under new management.

Pros

Immediate Consulting leadership was great, producing solid business results, but operated within an broader organization with a leadership vacuum ... no clear vision, mission or goals Salary was solid but apparently spending Rupert Murdoch's money at the pace they did with no accountability, which ultimately led to the problems, was easy

Cons

No corporate vision or mission Fragmented with organizations like Consulting producing business results and profit that were squandered by other parts of the organization Very questionable practices around the downsizing have come to light ... back door dealing, cronyism, etc.
