Pros

good benefits, nice location, flexible work from home policy, 12 week paid maternity leave, interesting and intelligent colleagues, unlimited paid time off

Cons

Massive layoffs and restructuring. Too much work for too few people. lack of company vision and an unclear mission, set of values, or business strategy. Successful product lines have been neglected while attention has turned to making cool products that districts aren't interested in.
