      Pros

      You have the opportunity to be a part of positive change in education and work with intelligent people who share a passion for education. Excellent benefits package. Great work life balance. The company encouraged employee team building so I grew to truly appreciate and love my coworkers.

      Cons

      Since it's inception the company has lacked a sustainable structure and continues to undergo changes which result in a lack of job security and the inevitable employee flight.

      Pros

      The company has great benefits, flexible schedules, great goals and vision, very positive work environment, job satisfaction, and really has teachers' and students' best interest at heart. Innovative and forward thinking.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from upper management really affects employee morale, doesn't really react to customer feedback especially in the digital curriculum division, seems to have their own product vision in mind regardless of customer and internal feedback.
