A shell of what it once was. Revenue pressure has led to a very palpable erosion of the company's professed principles, proving that it's actually easier to lie to your employees and consumer base than to be held accountable to your self-purported “values."

Don't look too closely under the hood if you don't want to stop believing in the illusion. The product is no longer as strong as it once was, the PD and CS have gone way downhill, they care more about profit than people and they are no longer mission driven but success and money driven. They talk a good game, but many people there are ruthless so watch your back. They do a good job of making you feel like it's the best place to work and you are lucky to be there, for awhile, but when the blook is off the rose, watch out.
