      Great benefits overshadowed by unethical leadership practices

      Unlimited PTO and a fantastic CEO.

      Cons

      Extremely unethical leadership in CX who will only promote and hire their friends/family. Reported to HR multiple times and was retaliated against as a result.

      Unlimited PTO, but unethical hiring practices prevail

      Unlimited PTO. Some great people - not referring to senior leadership

      Cons

      New leadership has gutted CX and they are all hiring their friends/colleagues from a previous company. Hiring processes are unethical and favoritism is clear. A lot of layoffs over the past few years. No opportunities for growth.
