Pros

Great location, unlimited vacation, nice offices

Cons

No idea really how their products will take hold in the market. Lots of inexperienced people have been promoted Executive Leadership positions through political affiliation. An education company that lacks serious diversity on the Sr. Management level can't really be taken seriously.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, remote work, snacks, great educational software

Cons

Growing pains, management being brought in from Big companies like Pearson & HMH that don’t seem to value the work of veterans or consult with them to create change, small staffs within various departments overwhelmed, people contracted then finally offered full time jobs it seems to suppress wages. Lack of people of color in upper management.

Pros

The best part about Amplify was always extreme flexibility for one's schedule, so it would be a good place for young contracted workers or people expecting to take family leave. For anyone interested in helping their careers grow, this is not the place for innovation.

Cons

This used to be a very optimistic company that had a lot to say about vision for transforming the education of america, but since its drastic downsizing, the general atmosphere among employees has been one of mild discontent and quiet self depreciation. The leadership was always very self serving, but since it has been focused on survival rather than growth.
