Pros
When I worked there, Amplify had a lot of very talented, smart and proactive people across the organisation. The office was spacious and in an great location.
Cons
A lack of strategic vision at the management level of the company led both to low morale, but also a confused and unwieldy product. This was an great shame given that the amount of resources spent on building Amplify's online education platform was enormous and could have had a very real impact on education if properly managed.
